I am really at a loss as to what else to try.

  • Take my printer off Air Print and reinstall it on the Canon settings (so I can select the greyscale option - which didn't work).
  • This made no difference and now I am getting blank pages when I print, even in colour. I changed the smaller black ink cartridge (it lights up red when correctly installed so I know it's right). I have 2 black cartridges in my printer and noticed the big one is still full so realised that I must have some settings wrong on my Mac for it not to print from both black cartridges and thought that explained my problem. A few weeks ago it stopped printing the black ink, so I checked the ink levels but they weren't showing as empty. I have a Canon iP7250 printer which, up until recently, printed fine via Air Print from my Mac. I am using a MacBook Air (OS X El Capitan version: 10.11.3).
